Finding time to exercise is tough as a busy mom! It felt impossible for me to get a workout routine in, so I started multi-tasking short minutes of workouts throughout my day as I was “MOM-ing.” Not only did I feel better but I had more energy. These short bursts of activity are called microworkouts or exercise snacks, and it turns out there are actually health benefits that rival long routines. Great news for busy moms everywhere! In this episode, I share how I incorporate microworkouts into my day to benefit my body and simultaneously integrate faith to tend to my spirit.
