Today I’m delighted to have Katie Miller, an executive at Sight and Sound Theaters and a member of the organization’s founding family. As an entertainment industry veteran and a mom to 3 children, she shares her perspective on what’s going on in children’s entertainment programming.
She also opens up about the challenges of engaging older kids with faith-based content and provides practical advice on initiating meaningful conversations around this topic, along with how she’s equipping her children to make wise content choices. Katie also pulls back the curtain on her own parenting strategies, revealing how she navigates the realms of entertainment and social media with her children.
Katie also touches on peer pressure, balancing screen time, and the concept of living life in thirds to ease the pressure of striving for perfection in motherhood.
