Turn the Music Up! A Different Spin on "Quiet Time" with God
I’ve always interpreted “Quiet time” with God as just that - a solitary, silent place for me to connect with and wait on the Lord. Hands clasped, eyes closed, ssshhh…. but I’ll be honest - that has always been very hard for me. My body becomes restless, and my mind starts to wander.
One day I just started praying while I was in full sweat mode at a bike cycling class. Gamechanger.
